  WHAT HAPPENED?

  Chad Poarch scored the game-winner in Target Score Time, with the two squads playing through a pair of three-minute periods before the final whistle. In a 5v5 setting, La Bombonera gained possession, scoring their fourth of the game to secure a cleansheet and $1M payout for their team in The Soccer Tournament in Cary, N.C.

  Nani SC were left speechless with their hands on their head as their brilliant tournament run left them empty-handed.

  THE BIGGER PICTURE

  The ex-Man Utd stars' squad was outclassed from the opening whistle, when they conceded just after 10 seconds into the match. From that point on, La Bombonera controlled both the tempo of the match and possession of the ball. The Portuguese star couldn't make any more magic happen

  La Bombonera had previously defeated Hoosier Army in the semifinals, and scored 21 total goals across the knockout stage. Their largest victory came in the Round of 16, when they defeated Pasha Luxury FC 4-0.
